From the Sidelines to the Centre.

Ian’s work began in elite sport, decoding performance, tracking behaviour, and studying what makes people thrive under pressure.

But beneath the achievements and outward momentum, he kept seeing the same thing: Driven people feeling disconnected, exhausted, and unsure why they weren’t thriving.

That insight sparked a new question:

What if we coached the person, not just the performance?

"High performance isn’t about doing more.

It’s about doing what matters,
on purpose."

— IAN REEVES

Trusted in rooms
where performance matters.

Ian has spent the last decade behind the scenes with high performers, in boardrooms, locker rooms, classrooms, and 1:1.

He’s worked with elite athletes, business leaders, educators, and creatives to rewire how they think, lead, and live.

But this work isn’t reserved for the “elite.”
It’s for anyone ready to stop performing and start progressing.

You’re not here
to play small.

You feel it, the gap between who you are and how you’re showing up.
You don’t need more noise. You need a circuit breaker.
